We are, of course, delighted to auction goods on your behalf and can assure you of our utmost attention at all times. When submitting items for auction you will be issued with a receipt for your goods which includes our conditions of sale. Your goods will then be thoroughly examined, catalogued and entered into an appropriate auction. Following this you will receive a formal confirmation of your entries which will include the full catalogued description, price guide and any agreed reserve price. We hold five Selected Antique and Fine Art Auctions throughout the year. These include items retained over several months from good local estates covering all disciplines of antiques including ceramics, glassware, silver, jewellery, paintings and furniture. Fully illustrated colour catalogues are produced and mailed out to our national and international client base. The catalogue is also fully available on our website and two established world wide antique auction searchable websites. These auctions take place on Tuesdays and commence at 10am.

We hold four Collectors Sales throughout the year which include a variety of items from many collecting fields, including toys, postcards, stamps, books, coins, ceramics, advertising items, militaria, film, music and clothing. These auctions are fully catalogued and mailed out to our extensive client database. The catalogue is available to view on our website and a world wide antique auction searchable website. These auctions take place on a Saturday and commence at 10am.

We hold a Sporting Memorabilia Auction which includes items of interest from many sporting fields. Typical entries include football programmes, sporting personality signatures, collectable sporting equipment and clothing. This auction is fully catalogued and mailed out to our extensive client database. The catalogue is also available to view on this website and a world wide antique auction searchable website. This auction takes place on a Friday and commence at 10am .

We hold monthly general auctions throughout the year which include a mix of affordable antiques, decorative items, reproduction furniture, ceramics, glassware, pictures, books, silver, jewellery plus much more. Each sale is catalogued and available to view on our website. These auctions take place on a Saturday and commence at 10am.

Our commission rates are based upon 15% plus VAT of the hammer price, subject to a minimum charge of £2 per lot plus VAT. There is also an Insurance Charge of 1% plus VAT of the hammer price .
